A pool designed with kids in mind

The pool is 4 meters wide, 6 meters long and a uniform 1.50 meters deep throughout. It has a 3.5-meter slide for gliding into the water and 5 steps where little ones can sit and dangle their legs.

Since the pool has no shallow end, the house provides 3 life jackets. If you're bringing several kids who aren't strong swimmers, bring extra ones yourself.

Three bedrooms, with beds arranged for the kids

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot bed, so parents can take the big bed and a child the small one in the same room.

There's 1 more separate bathroom in the hall between the 3 bedrooms. Up to 3 children aged 7 and under stay free.

Pets can stay, but they have their own zone

The house accepts pets for 300–500 baht per pet per night, but they may not enter the bedrooms or get on the beds, to avoid fur, feces and urine. They may stay only outside the house and in the living hall, and pets are strictly not allowed in the pool.

Watch out for the sofas and curtains, as pets may scratch, gnaw, bite or tear them. If any damage does occur, guests must pay compensation for the value of the item.

A kitchen for cooking for the whole house

The kitchen has pots, a frying pan, a steamer, a mortar, a rice cooker, a microwave, an ice bucket, plus plates, bowls, spoons and glasses. You'll need to bring your own seasonings.

Charcoal can be ordered at 3 bags for 100 baht, ice is 50 baht a bag (6 kg), and there's a 50–100 baht housekeeper fee for purchases, depending on the size of the order.

Bringing your own sound system or speakers, or playing music from your car, is not allowed
Noise is allowed, but if it gets so loud that neighbors complain or the police are called, guests are fully responsible and the house reserves the right to keep the security deposit
No smoking inside the house (e-cigarettes are allowed indoors)
Drugs of any kind and illegal items are strictly prohibited on the property
If more guests than declared are found, the house reserves the right to keep the security deposit (please inform us before your stay)
