The Ville 3 Bedroom is a pool villa in the area across from Jomtien Beach that sleeps 8–10 guests. The pool is divided into a 60 cm-deep kids' pool and a 1.20-meter-deep adults' pool, with a slide and children's life jackets. Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed paired with a bunk bed, and there's 24-hour security on site.

A two-level pool: kids can play, adults can swim

The 3 × 7 meter pool is split into a 60 cm-deep kids' pool and a 1.20-meter-deep adults' pool. There's a 1.2-meter-high slide for the kids to glide into the water, and 2 children's life jackets are provided.

Adults can watch the kids from the poolside with more peace of mind, since the little ones have their own shallow zone and don't need to go into the deep end.

A bunk bed in Bedroom 1

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and a bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom, so parents and kids can share the room. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed, while the house information doesn't specify the bed type in Bedroom 3. There's also 1 shared bathroom.

Up to 3 children under 7 stay free. The house provides soap and shampoo.

Small dogs welcome, under strict rules

Small pets can stay for 350 baht per pet per night. Pets may not get on the beds or go in the pool. Dogs are not allowed to swim in the pool; violations incur a 10,000 baht fine to replace the water.

Dogs must be taken outside the house to relieve themselves, and their waste must be bagged up. Any damage inside the house will be deducted from the deposit, or charged extra if the damaged items are worth more than that.

The kitchen and washing up

The kitchen has pots, a frying pan, a mortar, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, an ice bucket, plus plates, bowls, spoons and glasses. You'll need to bring your own seasonings. If you need ice or charcoal, order it from the housekeeper 1 day before check-in.

Dishwashing costs 500–1,000 baht, or nothing if you wash them yourself.
