A full set of glasses for get-togethers

Besides a fridge, an ice cooler, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, pots, pans, trays, and a mortar and pestle, this kitchen also provides wine glasses, beer glasses, liquor glasses and shot glasses.

There's an ice bucket, a barbecue grill and grilling tools. Ice is 70 baht per 10 kg bag, or 80 baht per bag if ordered after 18.00, and charcoal is 40 baht per bag.

A 6-meter pool and noise hours

The pool is 2.30 meters wide, 6 meters long and 1.40 meters deep, good for a cooling soak during the day.

Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, you can carry on indoors at any hour with the volume turned down.

Three bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed, and bedroom 3 has two 3-foot beds; both rooms have a bathroom right by the bedroom door.

Toiletries include towels, shower gel and shampoo. As for housekeeping, 2-night bookings include no cleaning service, while 3-night bookings get 1 free cleaning.

Small dogs welcome, but no cats

The house accepts 1 small dog at 300 baht per night but doesn't accept cats, so cat owners should choose another house.
