A spacious house in a private village

The house sits on a 230 square wah plot inside a private village with project staff on site at all times. It's on the side opposite Jomtien Beach, 3.9 km from the sea, so on days you don't go out you can spend the whole day at the house and pool.

Groups driving in several cars don't need to worry about parking, as there's space for 2 cars inside the property and unlimited parking within the village.

An extra living room for get-togethers

Besides the lounge area in the main house, there's 1 living room set apart on its own. Groups who want to chat late into the night, or who want to give a corner to those turning in early, can easily divide up the space. It's a private house where parties are allowed with no time limit.

The house provides inflatable rings for photos. There's a fine if they get damaged, so use them with care.

A fully equipped kitchen with a barbecue grill

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a barbecue (BBQ) grill for big-group dinners. CJ More convenience store, M Market branch, is about 430 m away, and Lotus's is about 840 m away, so anything you're missing is a short trip away.

Towels and drinking water are provided for 8–10 guests. If more come and you need extra, there's a service charge. Groups coming at the full 15 should let the team know at the time of booking.

Pets are welcome

This house accepts pets, and in the same neighborhood is Better Pet animal clinic, about 810 m away, while Pattaya City Park is about 990 m away, nice for a morning walk.
