Walk to Jomtien Beach

The house is about 100 meters from the sea, and the Jomtien Beach umbrellas and loungers are about 300 meters away, so in the afternoon you can walk over to sit by the beach and come back to rinse off at the house.

Around the house, 7-Eleven is about 40 meters away, an ATM about 100 meters, and Lung Pong Seafood restaurant about 130 meters, so there's no need to drive for forgotten essentials or dinner out.

Six bedrooms spread over three floors

Rooms 1-3 are on the 1st floor, room 4 is on the 2nd floor, room 5 is on the 3rd floor in the tower, and room 6 is next to the pool. The house has 1 bedroom of 40 sq m. As for beds, bedrooms 1 and 5 have two 3-foot beds, bedrooms 2 and 6 have one 5-foot bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have one 6-foot bed.

Something to know before assigning rooms: there's 1 room on the 1st floor without a bathroom. The house has 5 bathrooms for six bedrooms, so whoever gets that room will need to share a bathroom with another room.

Pool, hall and kitchen

The pool is 3 × 6 meters and 1.3 meters deep, and the large air-conditioned hall is where the group gathers during the day. The house doesn't charge for electricity or water.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with both a grill and a BBQ stove. If you need extra equipment, such as a blender, just let the house know. Ice can be ordered at 50 baht per bag (50 kg).

Parties can be loud until no later than midnight; after that, please keep the noise down. You can keep swimming, but quietly and without loud music.

Parking is outside the house

Cars can't park inside the house; they must park on the Natural Park Hotel side, which fits 5–10 cars, 20 meters from the house. Groups coming in several cars should know this before setting off.
