A big pool, a kids' pool and a slide

The pool is 5 × 12 meters and 1 meter deep, with a sloped section reaching 1.40 meters, entered by 3 steps. There's a 3.5 meter slide and a 2.4 × 2.4 meter kids' pool, 1 meter deep, with 1 step.

Guests can sit and drink, swim and enjoy activities at any time. Up to 3 children aged 7 and under stay free.

Six bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms

Room 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Room 2 has two 6-foot beds and one 5-foot bed. Room 3 has two 6-foot beds and two 3.5-foot bunk beds, with an en-suite bathroom.

Room 5 is a group room with one 6-foot bed and four 3.5-foot bunk beds. Room 6 has one 6-foot bed, and room 4 is listed as having 1 bed. Rooms without en-suite bathrooms use the shared bathrooms in the house, and towels are provided for the number of guests.

House sound system only

Music is allowed all night, but you may not bring your own speakers or play a car stereo. In other words, no bringing your own sound system or speakers, and no playing music from cars.

Music is allowed, but if it gets so loud that neighbors complain or call the police, guests bear full responsibility and the house reserves the right to withhold the damage deposit.

No smoking inside the house (e-cigarettes are allowed indoors), and drugs of any kind and illegal items are strictly prohibited on the property.

Barbecue kitchen, parking and pets

There's a barbecue grill and a kitchen for cooking, fully equipped with everything you need. Charcoal is 100 baht for 3 bags and ice is 50 baht a bag (6 kg). If you ask the housekeeper to buy things for you, there's a shopping service fee of 50–100 baht depending on the size of the order.

Parking for 6–7 cars inside the property, plus another 8–10 cars outside along the fence.

Pets are welcome for a fee of 300–500 baht each, but they may not enter the bedrooms or get on the beds; they may only stay outside and in the living area. Pets are strictly forbidden in the bedrooms and in the pool. Please take care of the sofas and curtains; if any actual damage occurs, guests must pay for it at the item's price.
