Howdy Pool Villa 1 is a house in the Jomtien Beach area that sleeps 18–20 guests. It has six bedrooms, a 4 × 10 meter pool, and a kitchen with a shabu pot, an electric stove and a steamer for cooking dinner at home. There is parking for 6 cars in total, and the sea is just 130 meters away.

A shabu dinner by the pool

This house's kitchen has a shabu pot and an electric stove, so it's easy for the whole group to gather around a shabu meal. There are also pots, pans, a cutting board, knives, a mortar, a steamer, a rice cooker, a microwave, a fridge, an ice bucket, plates and bowls, spoons and glasses.

Charcoal can be ordered at 35 baht per bag (3 bags for 100 baht) and ice at 60 baht per bag (10 kg per bag). After a big meal it's best to wash up yourselves, as the dishwashing fee is assessed on site, starting at 1,000–2,500 baht.

A 10-meter-long pool and a duck float

The 4 × 10 meter pool slopes to a depth of 1.5 meters. It's long enough to swim laps, and there is 1 rideable duck float for fun photos.

Noise outdoors is allowed until 22.30, while indoors there are no limits. Another house rule, however, says noise is allowed until midnight. If you plan to party outdoors late, check with our team first.

Six bedrooms and two shared bathrooms

Bedrooms 2, 4 and 6 have two 5-foot beds each, while Bedrooms 3 and 5 have one 6-foot bed each. All five have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed without an en-suite, but the house has 2 shared bathrooms.

Up to 2 children under 6 stay free if they sleep with their parents and don't need an extra mattress.

Parking and a convenience store near the house

There is parking for 3 cars inside the property and 3 more along the front fence. The 7-Eleven on Jomtien Soi 13 is about 100 meters away, and an ATM is about 264 meters away.

On weekdays you can book 1 night, but Fridays–Saturdays and long holidays require two nights or more. The first 50 units of electricity are free, with any excess charged at 7 baht per unit. This house does not accept pets.
