The slide doesn't have water running all day. The house sets the water times at 07:00–11:00 and 14:00–24:00, so kids still get another round in the morning before the 11:00 check-out, and on arrival day the 14:00 check-in lines up exactly with the afternoon session.

The pool is 4 × 6 meters with a sloped depth of 1.25–1.3 meters, and children's life jackets are provided. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free, but no extra bedding is provided for them, so plan for them to share with adults.

Three bedrooms, the first with a bunk bed

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bunk bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds and bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed. Toiletries provided are soap and shampoo.

Bring your own seasonings; you can shop near the house

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker and an ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings. Ice can be ordered at 50 baht a bag and charcoal at 35 baht a bag.

If you run short of anything, 7-Eleven is about 432 meters away, a Bangchak gas station about 504 meters, Mini Big C Sattahip Plaza about 778 meters, and Sensiri Fresh Market (Jae Junction) about 786 meters. The house is about 7 km from the sea. There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 2–3 cars outside.
