B4-Grace: A bunk bed in the master bedroom, and indoor singing until midnight

B4-Grace is a three-bedroom house in Sattahip for 10–15 guests. Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds plus a bunk bed for kids, and Bedroom 2 also has two large beds, so rooms can be assigned flexibly. There's also a karaoke room, with indoor noise allowed until 24:00.

Room setup for families with older kids

Bedroom 1 pairs two 6-foot beds with a 3-foot bunk bed, usable on both the top and bottom bunks, and has an en-suite bathroom. Parents take the big beds while the kids climb into the bunk in the same room.

Bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds, suited to another group of friends or relatives, and Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed. The house has 3 bathrooms, each fitted with a water heater.

A sloping pool and a kids' pool

The pool is 4 × 6 meters with a sloping depth of 1.25–1.3 meters, and next to it is a 70-centimeter-deep kids' pool. There are 4 life jackets in assorted sizes to fit different ages.

3 children under 8 stay free (no extra bedding provided), and the bunk bed in Bedroom 1 helps accommodate the kids.

A karaoke room for late nights

There's a Smart TV in 1 room, in the karaoke room with a YouTube system. Outside, noise is allowed until 22:00; then move indoors, close the doors and windows, and keep singing inside until 24:00.

House supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, hair wash, tissues and garbage bags, and the kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker and an ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.

Bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
