AB1: A two-story house in Bang Saray with 5 bathrooms
AB1 is a two-story house opposite Bang Saray Beach, 4.2 km from the sea, for groups of 12–18 guests. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms in total, so nobody has to queue for long, plus a 1.5-meter-deep pool and YouTube karaoke, for families or groups of friends who come to relax rather than to party.

Three rooms upstairs, each with an en-suite bathroom
On the second floor, bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed, bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, and bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed, and all three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The ground floor has bedroom 1 with two 5-foot beds, which uses the shared bathroom on the same floor, and there is a second shared bathroom at the back of the house. With 5 bathrooms in all, mornings stay calm even when everyone wakes up at once.
A 1.5-meter-deep pool
The pool measures 3.5 × 8 meters and is 1.5 meters deep, suited to adults who can swim. If you bring young children, an adult should stay by the pool at all times.
Loud noise is allowed around the pool until 22:00, after which you can move inside and keep eating in the house.
Karaoke in the house for groups who come to relax
The house has YouTube karaoke and plenty of towels, and up to 3 children aged 10 or under stay free.
