Close to the sea, with a pool and slide too

The house is 150 meters from the sea, so you can walk down to play on Krating Lai Beach and then come back to carry on in the 3.5 × 8 meter, 120 cm deep pool with its 7-meter slide.

If you'd like pool floats, let the house know at check-in, and towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds, bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds, and bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one 5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.

Tissue and trash bags are provided, but you need to bring your own shampoo and soap. Children under 7 stay free, but no extra mattress, pillow, blanket or towel is provided for them.

What to know when bringing pets

The house accepts small pets at an extra 500 baht each, up to 2 per house. Pets must stay inside on the ground floor only and are not allowed in the water.

After 22:00 there is no noise outside the house, but indoors you can play music, sing and chat all night as long as it isn't too loud.

The kitchen and cleaning

The kitchen has plates, spoons, pots, pans, drinking glasses, knives, a spatula, a cutting board, a mortar, a kettle, a microwave and a rice cooker, and you can buy charcoal at 30 baht per bag and large bags of ice at 50 baht per bag from the house.

For stays of 1–2 nights there is no cleaning and no change of sheets or towels. For a 3-night stay, the house changes the sheets and towels 1 time, on a day of your choosing.

Getting around and supplies near the house

A PAP Gas station is about 260 meters away, Mini Big C at the Bangchak station in Bang Lamung about 420 meters, Ko U Kuay Jab about 490 meters, Krungthai Bank Rong Po branch about 810 meters and Rong Po Market about 1.1 km.

There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and 3 in front of the house, but buses and minibuses are not allowed into the estate under any circumstances, so groups hiring large vehicles need to plan their transport in advance.
