Baan Talay105 is a beachfront pool villa in the Krating Lai Beach area that hosts 10–15 guests. It has an 8 × 5 meter pool, a bathtub on the second floor on the sea-view side, a smart TV in every bedroom and room for several vehicles outside the house, including buses. A beachfront house with a 150 cm deep pool

The house sits right on the sea at Krating Lai, so you step out of the house onto the beach, but if you'd rather swim in fresh water, an 8 × 5 meter pool, 150 cm deep, is waiting at the house.

Noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00, or later if the neighboring houses don't mind, since they are pool villas too, and indoors you can make noise at any time.

A smart TV in every bedroom

All 4 bedrooms have 6-foot beds, and bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has a smart TV, there is 1 more in the hall, and every room has a water heater.

There are only 2 sets of extra bedding, at 500 baht per person per night, and up to 3 children under 9 stay free.

A second-floor bathtub on the sea-view side

The second floor on the sea-view side has 1 bathtub, a regular soaking tub for a warm soak after playing in the sea.

Shampoo, soap, tissue and trash bags are provided, but there are no towels, so everyone must bring their own.

A kitchen with wine glasses and a barbecue grill

The kitchen has a rice cooker, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, a cutting board, knives, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster and a barbecue grill. The 15-liter ice bucket does not come with ice, but the house sells ice until 17:00 and you can also buy it nearby.

Freebies include 10 small bottles of drinking water and free charcoal, but you need to bring your own seasonings. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourselves, ask the caretaker directly about the dishwashing fee. Khrua Yai Choi is about 20 meters from the house.

Parking for groups with hired vehicles

There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and room for several vehicles outside, buses included, so groups arriving in a hired vehicle don't have to park far away.

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00, leaving time on the morning you leave for one more walk along the beach.
