The pool measures 5 × 10 meters and is 120–160 centimeters deep, with the slide end at 160 centimeters. There are 3–4 kids' life jackets; if you'd like a swim ring, please let the house know at check-in.

The house is about 200 meters from the sea. Nearby are a PAP Gas station about 190 meters away, the Mini Big C at the Bangchak station in Bang Lamung about 480 meters away and a tom leng (spicy pork bone soup) restaurant about 550 meters away.

Five bedrooms, two of them connected

Bedroom 1 is downstairs, with a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. The rest are on the 2nd floor: bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds and bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bed, and both have en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 4 has a 6-foot bed, while bedroom 5 is entered through bedroom 4 and has 1 bunk bed, with a 3-foot top bunk. These two rooms share a connecting bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom on the 1st floor. The house sleeps 16; beyond that, extra mattresses are provided.

Things to bring yourself

The kitchen has plates, spoons, pots, pans, drinking glasses, knives, a spatula, a cutting board, a mortar, a kettle, a microwave, a rice cooker and a 50-liter ice bucket. After using the kitchenware, please wash it and put it away.

This house provides hair dryers, towels, tissues and rubbish bags, but you need to bring your own soap, shampoo, drinking water, ice, seasonings and charcoal, or order them from the house: ice is 50 baht a bag and 4 bags of charcoal cost 100 baht.

Transport and stay rules

Buses and minibuses are not allowed into the estate under any circumstances, and the village has no shuttle from the entrance to the house. If you come by minibus, there's a luggage-carrying fee of 300 baht per trip. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 5 more in front of the house.

Noise is allowed until 22:00 at the latest. After that, no noise outside, but you can keep singing karaoke or playing music indoors all night as long as it isn't too loud. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
