An L-shaped pool that's deep from the very first edge

This house's pool is L-shaped, 5.5 × 12 meters, and sloped through depths of 1.40, 1.50 and 1.60 meters. Even the shallowest point is deeper than a child can stand in. Adults can swim comfortably, but if you have young children, bring floats or have someone watching by the pool.

The house is 900 meters from the sea. Ruen Talay Bang Saray restaurant is about 190 meters away and a 7-Eleven is about 600 meters away, so heading out for seafood and coming back for another swim is easy.

Bedrooms spread from the basement to the rooftop

Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor with two 6-foot beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the 2nd floor, each with one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 4 is on the 3rd floor, the rooftop level, with two 6-foot beds. All four of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

There's also a basement room with two 6-foot beds and an extra room on the 2nd-floor mezzanine with two 6-foot beds. No en-suite bathroom is listed for these two rooms. A big group can split up across the floors in many ways.

A European kitchen and freebies for big groups

The kitchen is decorated in European style, with a gas stove and oven, a microwave, a rice cooker, a toaster and a kettle. It's fully equipped, so anyone who likes baking or roasting meat in the oven can do so.

The freebies are 5 bags of ice at 25 kilograms each, 4 packs of drinking water and unlimited charcoal. The house also has an ice bucket, towels, hair dryers and a large boiler-type water heater, so many people can take hot showers one after another.

Noise allowed all night, but dispose of rubbish properly

Noise is allowed all night here, so groups coming to celebrate or throw a party don't have to keep an eye on the clock. There's parking for 8 cars inside and 8–10 more outside.

Please put rubbish from the house into the bins to keep ants and insects away. Leaving rubbish in the wrong place incurs a 1,000 baht fine, and this house does not accept pets.
