Plan your menu around an electric kitchen

This house has no gas stove. The main cooking equipment is an electric stove, an electric pan with a built-in steamer and a barbecue grill: use the stove for boiling or stir-frying, the steamer-pan for steaming, and the grill for dinner.

Other equipment includes a round pot, plates, bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave and an ice bucket. You'll need to bring your own seasonings. With your stay you get 1 bag of charcoal, 1 bag of 10 kilograms of ice and free electricity.

If you need more, charcoal is 40 baht a bag and ice 60 baht a bag (10 kg). Don't forget to wash the dishes after meals, since there's a 1,000 baht dishwashing fine.

Fresh groceries near the house

Ingredients are close by: Mae La-or Market is about 390 meters away and Mini Big C about 550 meters away, so you can shop for the kitchen and come back for a swim.

The pool measures 3 × 6 meters, is 1.20 meters deep and uses a salt-and-chlorine system. The house is about 6 km from the sea. Parking is in the estate's common areas, with 37 spaces on the Villa side and 21 on the Resort side.

Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom

Bedroom 3 upstairs has one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot bed (3 guests) and shares a bathroom with Room 2, which is Bedroom 2 upstairs with two 3-foot beds (2 guests), sharing a bathroom with Room 3.

Bedroom 1 is downstairs, with two 3-foot beds, and uses the shared common bathroom. The house has 3 bathrooms in total, with soap, shampoo, towels and 2 hair dryers. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free, sharing a bed with a parent.

Rules on noise, money and pets

The house has a 7-red snooker table. Loud noise outside is allowed until 22:00. After that, close the doors and windows tightly and you can carry on indoors at any time. Small pets are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night.

There are three things to know about money. First, if you cancel or can't stay on the booked dates, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Second, the 5,000 baht security deposit is refunded by 15:00 on the check-out day. Third, electric vehicle charging costs 500 baht per vehicle (you can charge from the house's power supply); please always inform the admin first.
