How families with young kids can split the rooms

Bedroom 3 is upstairs, with one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot bed (sleeps 3), and shares a bathroom with bedroom 2, so parents traveling with little ones can all sleep together in this room. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free when sleeping with their parents.

Bedroom 2 is upstairs, with two 3-foot beds (sleeps 2), and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, with two 3-foot beds, and uses the shared common bathroom, making it ideal for adults who'd rather avoid the stairs.

A 3 × 6 meter pool for the whole house

The pool is 1.20 meters deep and 3 × 6 meters in size, with a salt and chlorine system. Parents should stay close to young children in the water. The house is about 6 km from the sea, so most of your downtime will be spent by the pool and indoors.

Mae La-Or Market is about 400 meters away for fruit or snacks for the kids, and parking is in the project's shared lot, which holds up to 58 cars in total.

After 22:00, take the fun indoors

The house allows loud noise outside until 22:00. After that, close the doors and windows tightly and you can make noise indoors at any hour. There's a 7-red snooker table inside to keep playing after the kids go to bed.

Complimentary extras include 1 bag of charcoal, 1 bag of ice (10 kilograms) and free electricity. You can order more: charcoal is 40 baht per bag and ice is 60 baht per bag. The listing says the kitchen is fully equipped, but if you don't wash the dishes, there's a 1,000 baht dishwashing fee.

Things to know before booking

The house has 3 bathrooms with soap, shampoo, towels and 2 hair dryers. Small pets are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night.

Be sure of your dates before booking, because if you cancel or can't stay on the booked dates, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. The security deposit is returned by 15:00 on check-out day. EV charging costs 500 baht per car (you can charge from the house's power supply); please always let the admin know in advance.
