If you drive an electric vehicle, you can charge it from the house's power supply for 500 baht per vehicle; please always inform the admin first.

Bring your small pet to stay

The house accepts small pets for 500 baht per pet per night. Take your furry friend for an evening walk, then come back to relax at the house together.

The pool measures 3 × 6 meters, is 1.20 meters deep and uses a salt-and-chlorine system. The house is about 6 km from the sea, and Mini Big C is about 550 meters away for anything you forgot to bring.

Three bedrooms on two floors

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has two 3-foot beds (2 guests) and uses the shared common bathroom, ideal for anyone who'd rather not climb stairs.

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has two 3-foot beds (2 guests) and shares a bathroom with Room 3, while Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot bed (3 guests) and shares a bathroom with Room 2. The house has 3 bathrooms in total.

Inside the house, freebies and conditions worth reading

The house has a 7-red snooker table. Supplies include soap, shampoo, towels and 2 hair dryers in the bathrooms. The listing states the kitchen is fully equipped. Freebies are 1 bag of charcoal, 1 bag of 10 kilograms of ice and free electricity. If you need more, charcoal is 40 baht a bag and ice 60 baht a bag.

Loud noise outside is allowed until 22:00; after that, close the doors and windows tightly and you can carry on at any time. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free (sharing a bed with a parent), and there's a 1,000 baht dishwashing fine.

For this booking, if you cancel or can't stay on the booked dates, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. The security deposit is refunded by 15:00 on the check-out day.
