The sea is close, but swim in the pool

The house states that it is 200 meters from the sea and that the sea here is muddy and not suitable for swimming, so anyone intending to swim in the sea should plan to drive to another beach instead.

The house has a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 × 7 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with life jackets, which young children should wear every time they get in.

Three bedrooms, plus a room at the back

The house has 3 bedrooms + 1 bedroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 5-foot beds and share a bathroom, and bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and a TV.

Bedroom 4 is at the back of the house with one 5-foot bed and an adjoining bathroom. In total the house has 1 en-suite bathroom and 3 shared bathrooms, and every bathroom has a water heater.

What you need to bring yourself

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, an ice bucket, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer and wine glasses, but there is no blender or moo kratha grill, and please bring your own seasonings.

The bathrooms have towels and 3 hair dryers, but bring your own soap and shampoo. You can order ice at 60 baht per bag (10 kg), charcoal at 30 baht per bag and drinking water at 60 baht per pack. If you don't tidy up and wash the dishes, there is a 500 baht cleaning fee.

Noise, children and shops near the house

Noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00 and can continue indoors with the doors properly closed, and the living room has a Smart TV for everyone to gather around afterwards. Up to 3 children aged 10 or under stay free.

There is parking for 1–2 cars inside the property and 3 outside. A Bangchak gas station is about 290 meters away, Mini Big C about 320 meters and Ko U Kuay Jab about 390 meters.
