Two pools, close to Jomtien Beach

The house is 350 meters from the sea, so you can walk down for a morning swim in the sea and come back to rinse off in the pool. The adult pool is 7 × 4 meters and 150 centimeters deep, and there's a separate kids' pool 50 centimeters deep.

Right next to the house is the Siam Commercial Bank Jomtien branch, just 5 meters away, with Krua Thai Lanna restaurant about 150 meters away and Fresh Mart about 220 meters away, so anything you forgot can be bought within walking distance.

A kitchen with a steamer and grill, but bring your own seasonings

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket and a grill. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Charcoal can be ordered from the house at 50 baht per kilogram, and ice is 70 baht a bag. Guests must wash the dishes before checking out; otherwise the house charges a dishwashing fee of 500–1,000 baht depending on the amount.

The TV is in the living room; bedrooms are for quiet rest

There are no longer TVs in the bedrooms, only in the living room, so anyone who wants to watch together gathers in the hall. Noise is allowed until 24:00 at the latest; after 24:00, please keep the volume down.

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed, and bedroom 5 has a 6-foot bed and a 5-foot bed. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is 1 hair dryer.

Linen changes for longer stays

For stays of 3 nights or more, bed sheets and towels are changed free of charge. For stays shorter than 3 nights, only the rubbish bags are changed.

The house accepts dogs and cats at an extra 300 baht each. They are not allowed in the pool or on the beds, and must not relieve themselves or chew things inside the house. The shared parking area holds 5 cars.
