A big pool for confident swimmers

Wandee Villa's pool measures 9 × 15 meters and is 1.5–2 meters deep. It's wide enough for the whole group to get in at once, but at this depth it suits strong swimmers. Children and non-swimmers should wear floats and be watched.

The house is 1.6 km from the sea. Nearby are Café Le Mar restaurant about 360 meters away, the 7-Eleven on Soi 16 about 390 meters away and an ATM about 460 meters away.

Three floors, with bedrooms 4–5 as connecting rooms

The 1st floor has bedroom 1 with a 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus 1 shared bathroom. The 2nd floor has bedroom 2 with a 5-foot bed, bedroom 3 with a 6-foot bed and an extra room with a 5-foot bed that uses a shared bathroom.

The 3rd floor has bedroom 4 with three 6-foot beds, which uses a shared bathroom, and bedroom 5 with one 6-foot bed. These two are connecting rooms behind the same door, with 1 separate bathroom, ideal for one family who wants to sleep close together.

A two-stove kitchen and things you don't pay extra for

The kitchen has both an electric stove and a gas stove, full kitchen equipment and an ice bucket, so you can cook several dishes at once. The house throws in 2 free bags of charcoal for grilling.

There's no extra electricity charge (free electricity), so no power bill gets added at check-out, and every room has a hair dryer.

Cats can come, but there's only one parking space inside

The house details say cats are accepted at 300 baht each. If you plan to bring another kind of pet, ask the house first.

There's parking for 1 car inside the property and several more outside, so groups arriving in several cars will need to park in a row outside.
