Three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has two 3-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Every room is air-conditioned, so no one has to take turns in the bathroom in the morning.

Amenities provided include a hair dryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, tissues and trash bags. Up to 2 children under 9 stay free.

Party nights with karaoke and disco lights

The house has Wi-Fi, a TV, YouTube karaoke, disco lights and a speaker set. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can move inside and keep singing, as indoor noise is allowed until 2 a.m.

The kitchen provides wine glasses, beer glasses, liquor glasses and shot glasses, along with a 20-liter ice bucket, a refrigerator, a hot water kettle, a microwave, a toaster, pots, pans, trays, and a mortar and pestle. Please bring your own seasonings.

A Jacuzzi pool and a barbecue corner

The pool measures 6 × 3 meters and is 120 cm deep, and there's a Jacuzzi pool. This house has no life jackets for either children or adults, so families with young kids should bring their own.

There's a grill with barbecue tools. If you want to order extras, a 10 kg bag of ice is 70 baht, or 80 baht if ordered after 18.00, and charcoal is 40 baht per bag.

Bringing a dog, and what to know before booking

The house accepts 1 small-breed dog at 300 baht per night, but no cats. Nearby are Better Pet animal clinic, about 473 meters away, and a 7-Eleven, about 558 meters away. There's parking for 1 car inside the house and 2 more in front.

On cleaning: 2-night bookings have no cleaning service, 3-night bookings get 1 free cleaning, and bookings of 4 nights or more get cleaning every 2 times. As for booking, the house says it cannot hold a reservation pending transfer; a deposit must be paid.

From the house you can head to Jomtien Beach, Ban Amphoe Beach, Nong Nooch Garden, Silverlake Vineyard or the Pattaya Floating Market Four Regions. If you want to visit Nam Sai Beach or Nang Rong Beach, it's about a 35-minute drive.
