A long pool for big groups

The 9 × 5 meter swimming pool slopes from 1.5–1.6 meters deep, and there are 3 kids' life jackets. 3 children stay free (age 7), while small pets are 300 baht and large pets 500 baht.

There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 3–4 cars outside, and a bus can park too, suited to groups who charter a vehicle together.

Four bedrooms, a 6-foot bed in every room

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 each have one 6-foot bed and share 1 bathroom.

Supplies include a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, towels, tissues, trash bags and water heaters. The only working TV is the one in the living room.

Karaoke and the noise rules

The house has a YouTube karaoke system, but only the indoor speakers may be used. Outdoor speakers are not allowed, and no loud noise after 22:00. After 22:00, noise inside the house is fine all night, but please keep doors and windows properly closed.

Narcotics are strictly prohibited in the house. In the event of a search, guests are solely responsible for themselves and for any damage caused to the house.

Kitchen, charcoal and ice

The kitchen has basic cooking equipment, a rice cooker and a 100-liter ice bucket. Please request wine glasses in advance and bring your own seasonings. There's no oven, blender or toaster here.

Charcoal and ice can be ordered until 17:00, with a minimum of 2 bags. Ice is 60 baht per bag and charcoal 50 baht per bag. The house has no drinking water service, so bring some with you.

Before checking out, please wash the dishes and kitchen equipment you used. If that's inconvenient, there's a service charge of 500–1,000 baht.

Rescheduling and promotional rates: read before booking

To change your stay dates, you must give at least 14 days' notice, and there's a 1,500 baht rescheduling fee in all cases, payable immediately once the new dates are confirmed. Last-minute rescheduling requests are considered case by case.

If you reschedule at short notice and the house can't rent out the dates, the house reserves the right to keep the entire deposit.

Bookings at promotional rates cannot change houses, cancel or reschedule (deposits are non-refundable in all cases).

The same set of conditions also states that in the event of a lockdown or an order banning travel into Pattaya, the house allows you to postpone your stay indefinitely until the situation improves, and you should contact them to book your stay 3 months after that.

Around the house are Ponmar Fishing Park about 60 meters away, a 7-Eleven (Map Yai Lia 20 branch) about 160 meters away, Krua Mia Luang restaurant about 180 meters away, and Nong Prue (Nong Samo) Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital about 200 meters away, while Lotus's Go Fresh Map Yai Lia is about 580 meters away.
