A 130 cm deep main pool with a separate kids' pool

The swimming pool is 3.2 meters wide, 9 meters long and 130 centimeters deep, and there's an 80-centimeter-deep kids' pool for young children to splash in. 2 children under 7 stay free, making it easy for families with little ones to plan.

The house is on the side opposite Jomtien Beach, 2.8 km from the sea. Essentials are very close: a 7-Eleven about 220 m away, Thai Foods Fresh Market, Chaiyaphruek Market 2 branch, about 260 m away, and Chaiyaphruek Medical Clinic about 270 m away.

Three bedrooms, bathrooms for every room

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and 1 sofa bed, while Bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bed and uses a separate bathroom right next to the bedroom door.

Every room has air conditioning. Supplies provided are towels, shower gel and shampoo, and the house has a YouTube karaoke system for singing in the evening.

A kitchen with a full set of glasses for get-togethers

The kitchen has a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, pots, pans, trays, and a mortar and pestle. There are wine glasses, beer glasses, liquor glasses and highball glasses, plus a 2-liter ice bucket. The house doesn't serve breakfast, so plan to bring your own.

10 kg bags of ice can be ordered at 70 baht per bag, or 80 baht per bag if ordered after 18:00, and charcoal is 40 baht per bag, so it pays to order before evening.

Cleaning by length of stay, and house rules

2-night bookings don't include cleaning. 3-night bookings get 1 free cleaning, and bookings of 4 nights or more get cleaning every 2 times. It's best to ask the team about the cleaning schedule before your stay.

The house accepts 1 small-breed dog for a fee of 300 baht/night, but no cats. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, and narcotics are strictly prohibited on the premises. There's parking for 1 car inside the property and 2 more outside.
