The house provides a stand-up paddle board (SUP board) and children's life jackets, and at the house there's a 9 × 3 meter swimming pool, 1.2 meters deep.
The house does not allow fireworks or jet skiing, so groups planning water activities should know this before they travel.
Three bedrooms and two shared bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed, and bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds. There are also 2 additional shared bathrooms.
If more people come than there are beds, there are extra mattresses for 3 guests. The amenities provided are towels, soap and shampoo.
Noise, speakers and parking
After 22:00, please keep the noise down, and bringing personal speakers is not allowed, so this house suits a relaxing seaside trip more than a loud party.
There is parking for 3 cars, and parking in front of the neighbors' houses is strictly prohibited, so groups coming in several cars should arrange to carpool.
Freebies, housekeeper and dogs
The kitchen is fully equipped, according to the house. The freebies are 3 bags of charcoal and 1 sack of ice. Calling the housekeeper after 19:00 incurs a reasonable charge.
The house accepts dogs at 500–700 baht per dog, extra guests are charged 700 baht per person, and there is a 10,000 baht security deposit.
