A deep pool for confident swimmers

The pool measures 4 × 7.8 meters and is 1.5 meters deep, so adults can swim properly. For young children the house provides 2 children's life jackets, and parents should stay close by the whole time kids are in the water.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00. After that, please carry on inside the house and keep the doors fully closed.

Three bedrooms, each with a bathroom

Bedroom 1 has a 4.5-foot bed and a 5-foot mattress, plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 5-foot beds, and both have en-suite bathrooms. There's also 1 shared bathroom, and the house provides a hair dryer.

House rules: no smoking inside the house (e-cigarettes are allowed), and no more guests than booked or permitted. Parking is available for 1–3 cars.

Rules for bringing dogs

Small pets are charged at 350 baht each. Importantly, dogs are not allowed to swim in the pool; violations carry a 10,000 baht fine to cover changing the water.

Dogs must be taken outside the house to relieve themselves, and their waste must be bagged up properly. Any damage inside the house will be deducted from the deposit, or charged extra if the damaged items are worth more.

Dishes, charcoal, ice and booking conditions

There's no charge if guests wash the dishes themselves; otherwise a dishwashing fee of 500–1,000 baht applies. Damaged items are charged at their actual price. For grilling, the house sells 1 bag of 10 kg ice with 1 bag of charcoal as a set only, at 100 baht per set.

Be sure of your dates before booking, as bookings cannot be canceled and deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The 4,000 baht security deposit is refunded in full on check-out day if there's no damage.

Within walking distance are Tropical Fruits Paradise, about 216 meters away, and Black Forest, about 226 meters away. If you want to eat at well-known spots like Poo Pen or Lung Sawai, they're about 6 km away.
