This house's karaoke room is a separate room using YouTube, so you can pick your own songs. Those who want to sing can sing, and those who want to rest don't have to be in the same room.

Noise is allowed outside until 22:00 and indoors all night, so after 22:00 the session can move into the room to keep singing.

A kitchen for moo kratha lovers, with two ice buckets

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, a blender, a grill and a moo kratha grill. There are 2 ice buckets of 130 liters each: one for chilling drinking ice, the other for keeping food cold. Please bring your own seasonings.

The freebies are free charcoal and 36 bottles of drinking water. Extra charcoal and ice can be ordered until 18:00; ice comes in 10 kg bags at 50 baht per bag, and if you don't wash the dishes yourself, there is a dishwashing fee of 500 baht per time.

A 5.3 × 8 meter pool with life jackets

The swimming pool measures 5.3 × 8 meters and is 130 centimeters deep. The house has 2 children's life jackets and 2 adult life jackets, and 5 cars can park inside the property.

Four bedrooms and five bathrooms

All 4 bedrooms have one 5-foot bed each. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 additional shared bathroom. The house has water heaters and hair dryers.

Around the house there's Sai Rung noodle shop about 520 meters away, 7-Eleven about 596 meters, and Bangkok Bank about 597 meters.
