One Pool Villa Samaesarn: A beachfront house in Samaesan, quiet nights with no karaoke

The sea is for the view; the pool is for swimming

The house sits right on the sea, but the water here isn't swimmable because of the many rocks, so it's better for sitting in the breeze than swimming. For a swim, use the house pool, which is 3 × 8 meters and 1.3 meters deep.

Within walking distance are Jae Phueng Seafood Samaesan, about 299 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Samaesan branch, about 471 meters away. The Ban Chong Samaesan Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital is about 378 meters away.

Three bedrooms of equal size

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, so no one has to decide who gets the big room. Ideal for three couples or three small families traveling together.

The house doesn't accept extra guests. Up to 2 children under 9 stay free (no extra mattress), so count your group accurately before booking.

Quiet nights, and a kitchen for simple meals

This house has no karaoke and doesn't allow karaoke machines, speakers or microphones to be brought in and used on the property. Noise is allowed until 22:00. Groups planning to sing should choose another house.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster and an electric stove. An ice bucket is provided, and the house supplies charcoal and ice free of charge. There's parking for 3 cars inside.

Bringing your dog

1 dog is welcome at a fee of 350 baht each (weighing no more than 10 kilograms). Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the beds, and please take care of cleanliness and toileting.
