Beery 3T pool villa is in the Sattahip–Samaesan area, 11.5 km from the sea, so it's a house where you spend most of your time at home. All four bedrooms have two beds each, it sleeps 10–15 guests, there's a 3 × 7 meter pool, and loud noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors all night.

Two beds per room makes splitting up easy

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds, while Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are set up the same way, with one 5-foot bed paired with one 3.5-foot bed, ideal for families with older kids or friends who want separate beds.

There are 2 separate bathrooms, both with water heaters, so groups of 10–15 should plan a shower order in advance, especially on the morning of check-out.

The pool and noise hours

The pool measures 3 × 7 meters and is 1.2–1.3 meters deep. Since the house is about 11.5 km from the sea, this pool is the main place to swim on the trip.

Loud noise is allowed outside until 22:00 and inside all night. If you want to keep singing late, move the party indoors.

The kitchen, party trays and washing up

The kitchen has spoons, forks, pots, pans, a mortar and pestle, plates, bowls and glasses, plus a rice cooker, a microwave, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a blender and a 15-liter ice bucket. If you don't want to cook everything yourself, the house offers food to order by the tray, at 3 kilograms per tray.

Please wash the dishes and cookware you use and put them away before check-out. If you don't, an extra service fee of 500–1,000 baht applies, as agreed with the house.

Parking, pets and strict prohibitions

There's parking for 6 cars inside the house and 10 outside, so groups arriving in several cars don't need to park far away. The house accepts pets: 300 baht for each small pet and 500 baht for each large pet.

Drugs are strictly prohibited in the house. In the event of a search, guests are responsible for themselves and for any consequences that fall on the house.
