A wide pool with separate zones for kids and adults

The 6 × 8 meter pool has a sloping floor, with the main pool 1.50 meters deep and the kids' pool 90 cm deep, plus a 3.5-meter slide for the kids to whoosh down into the water.

Beside the pool there is another shared bathroom, so after swimming you can rinse off without dripping through the house. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

Four bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 4 has two 5-foot beds and also has an en-suite bathroom, while bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and use the shared bathroom in the house.

The only working TV is the 1 in the living room, which comes with YouTube karaoke. Supplies include shampoo, shower gel, tissue, trash bags and 1 hair dryer.

Music stays indoors, plus a kitchen for big groups

House rules allow speakers indoors only, with no speakers outside the house. No loud noise after 22:00, after which you can carry on indoors all night with the doors and windows properly closed.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer and a 100-liter ice chest. Wine glasses must be requested in advance, and please bring your own seasonings. Charcoal and ice must be ordered in quantities of at least 2 bags.

Around the house and getting there

Near the house there is La la lake about 410 meters away, Tropical Fruits Paradise about 1.2 km away and Tesco Lotus Express (Huay Yai) about 1.6 km away. The house is 8 km from the sea, so it suits trips focused on staying at the house.

There is parking for 1–2 cars inside the property, so groups coming in several cars should arrange to use fewer vehicles. Small pets are charged at 300 baht each per night and large pets at 500 baht each per night.

To postpone your stay, you must give 2 weeks' notice and pay a 1,500 baht fine; emergencies may be considered case by case (the fine is payable immediately on the day you request the postponement)
