Separate adult pool, kids' pool and jacuzzi

The adult pool measures 4.5 × 9 meters and slopes from 110 to 165 cm deep. The kids' pool is a separate pool measuring 3 × 4.5 meters and 70 cm deep, and there is also a separate jacuzzi pool for a relaxing soak.

The house is opposite Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan Beach, 8 km from the sea, so a trip here is mainly about swimming at the house. Loud noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00, after which you can carry on indoors all night.

Four bedrooms sharing bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and one 5-foot bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 5-foot bed, and bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed.

The bedrooms have no en-suite bathrooms, but the bathrooms are close to the bedrooms. The house has 3 bathrooms with water heaters and a hair dryer.

Games in the house and the kitchen

The house has a foosball table to play on while waiting for dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle, a fridge, a gas stove, a toaster and a large ice chest.

The house sells large bags of ice at 60 baht per bag, charcoal at 30 baht per bag and small bottles of drinking water at 50 baht per pack.

Dogs, multiple cars and the surroundings

The house accepts dogs at 500 baht each, weighing no more than 50 kilograms, and dogs are not allowed in the pool or on the beds. There is parking for 6 cars inside the property, so groups driving several cars don't have to park on the street.
