Four families, four houses

The property is divided into 4 houses, each with 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 en-suite bathroom. Every house has the same two 6-foot beds, so there's no arguing over who gets the better room.

Each house has a 55-inch Google TV, so families with kids who go to bed early can retreat to their own house while the adults keep chatting.

A 15-meter pool in the middle

The pool is 15 × 5 meters and 1.3 meters deep, long enough to swim laps, with a 0.6-meter-deep kids' zone for little ones to splash around.

Pets are welcome at 300 baht each, but they are not allowed in the pool; if seen, there's a 10,000 baht fine. Owners should keep their pets away from the pool edge throughout the stay.

Barbecue and music

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a gas stove, a mortar, an ice bucket, a spatula and a ladle, plus a barbecue grill and a tabletop grill. The house throws in 2 bags of charcoal for free.

Loud noise is allowed outside until 22:00 (no bringing sound systems to use outside), and you can keep the noise going inside all night. After 22:00 you can still swim as usual; just move the music indoors.

Parking and the surrounding area

The parking lot has CCTV and holds 6 cars, so several families driving separately can all park together.

Wat Yansangwararam Hospital is about 1.2 km away, 7-Eleven about 1.6 km, and Lotus's Go Fresh Nong Chap Tao about 2 km, while the sea is 6.6 km away.
