A two-level pool for families

The 3 × 6 meter swimming pool has 2 levels, 60–130 cm deep. Kids can play at the shallow end while adults use the deep end, and there are 3 kids' life jackets to wear.

The house is 8.9 km from the sea. The nearest convenience store is a 7-Eleven (Klang Soi Sattahip Km. 6 branch) about 1.7 km away, so stock up on everything on your way in.

A housekeeper comes to clean on longer stays

For stays of 2 nights or more, cleaning is done every day at no charge, but sheets, blankets and towels aren't changed unless you stay 4 nights or more.

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, and the second bathroom is located between Bedrooms 2–3.

Every bathroom has a water heater. Supplies provided are shampoo, shower gel, bath towels and hair towels, but there's no hair dryer, so bring your own.

The kitchen and what to bring

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and a grill, plus a large 55-liter cooler and a small one, but there's no mookata grill and no wine glasses.

There are no seasonings, so please bring your own. The freebies are 1 bag of charcoal per 1 night and 1 pack of drinking water per night. If you need more, ice is 30 baht for 10 kilograms and charcoal 30 baht per bag, with charcoal and ice sold until 17:00.

Dishwashing fee of 500–1,000 baht as appropriate. The house has a smart TV, a YouTube karaoke system and free Wi-Fi.

Small dogs and parking

Up to 2 small-breed dogs are accepted at 300 baht each, and no cats.

Parking for 3 cars (2 inside the property and 1 in front). If you have more than 3 cars, use the backup parking.
