Two pool levels and kids' life jackets

The 4.20 × 8.50 meter pool is split into an adult section 145 centimeters deep and a kids' section 75 centimeters deep. The house provides 4 kids' life jackets, so adults can sit by the pool and watch the kids swim with more peace of mind.

Check-in is from 13:00, so the kids can get into the pool early in the afternoon. Outdoor noise is allowed until 21:00, while indoor noise is allowed at any time.

Everything within walking distance

The house is about 220 meters from the sea. VooDoo Restaurant and Pub is about 80 meters away, the 7-Eleven at Jomtien Beach Marine Beach about 130 meters, Jomtien Medical Clinic about 150 meters and an ATM about 160 meters. Families with young children can feel reassured having a clinic and a convenience store close by.

There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 3 more outside. The house sells ice at 50 baht a bag and charcoal at 25 baht a bag.

Beds for 12, plus 4 extra mattresses

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are set up the same way, with a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have 5-foot beds and use 2 shared bathrooms.

Beds sleep 12; the rest sleep on extra mattresses, of which there are 4 sets. If you're more than 15, the house has a smaller house next door for rent that sleeps 12.

A basic kitchen, and pets

The kitchen has pots, pans, a hot water flask, a rice cooker, cups, plates, spoons, glasses, knives, a cutting board, a gas stove, a microwave and a mortar and pestle, plus an 80-liter ice bucket. Towels are provided, along with 1 hair dryer.

Dogs and cats are accepted at 500 baht each per night.
