Casa Beach: A 12-meter pool, 200 m from Jomtien Beach

Casa Beach is just 200 m from the sea at Jomtien and hosts groups of 12–20 guests. Its highlight is a 12-meter sloping pool that starts at 80 cm at the shallowest end and deepens to 1.3 meters, so both adults and children can get in, and you can bring your dog.

A long pool that starts shallow and gets deeper

The 4 × 12 meter pool slopes from 80 cm at its shallowest to 1.3 meters deep. It is long enough to swim laps, while the shallow end lets children stand and play, and the house provides 3 kids' life jackets.

Jomtien's sea is 200 m away, so you can walk down for a swim in the sea in the morning and come back to rinse off in the pool in the afternoon, all in one day.

Three bedrooms with en-suites, and a fourth room to know about first

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 3 has two 6-foot beds plus a large extra bed, also with an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 has two 6-foot beds (no en-suite bathroom) and is an extra bedroom carved out of the living room, separated from it by a partition, so it suits those who don't need much privacy.

Entertainment at the house, and noise

The only working TV is the one in the living room, so the bedrooms have no TVs of their own. The house provides 1 hair dryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Noise is allowed outside the house until 23:00, after which please lower the volume, so poolside gatherings should wrap up before 23:00.

Ice, charcoal, pets and shops around the house

Ice is 60 baht per bag and charcoal 40 baht per bag. Please order charcoal and ice in quantities of at least 2 bags, as the ice shop delivers a minimum of 2 bags, so it's best to order everything at once at check-in.

The house accepts dogs for a fee of 300–500 baht. There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 5 outside. Around the house there is a Sochi restaurant about 190 meters away, Tops Daily about 240 meters and FamilyMart about 250 meters.
