A wide pool for the whole group

The pool measures 10 × 15 meters and is about 80–200 centimeters deep, with a kids' pool about 60 centimeters deep and 3 kids' life jackets. The pool details state a maximum weight of 90 kilograms; ask the house which part of the pool this limit applies to.

The house is 11.6 km from the sea, so this is a trip where the house pool takes the place of the beach. If you want an outing, Paragon Park is about 1.9 km away.

Most bedrooms are on the 2nd floor

The 2nd floor has bedrooms 1 and 2, each with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 6-foot beds and use a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 5 has a 6-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom; it shares one with the living room. Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 3.

YouTube karaoke, and a kitchen where you bring your own seasonings

The hall has 1 smart TV and YouTube karaoke. Outdoor noise is allowed until 23:00; after that you can keep singing indoors all night, but please close the doors tightly. Supplies include hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, rubbish bags and water heaters.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a toaster, a steamer, a grill, wine glasses and a 200-liter ice bucket. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own. Ice and charcoal can be ordered from the house until 14:00, or stop at the 7-Eleven Huai Yai - Thep Butr, about 620 meters away.

Dogs welcome, cats not accepted

Small dogs are accepted at 300 baht each per night and large dogs at 500 baht each per night, but cats are not accepted.

There's parking for 8–10 cars inside the property and 8–10 more in front of the house. For stays of more than 1 night, rubbish collection and towel changes are provided.
