A large shared pool, and the opening hours you should know

This house uses a communal (shared) swimming pool 20 meters wide and 40 meters long. The kids' zone is 30–70 cm deep and the adults' zone 100–180 cm deep, open 09:00–19:00. Anyone who wants to swim should plan for the daytime.

The sea is about 400 m from the house. Nearby are a 7-Eleven 120 m away, Exta Plus pharmacy (Jomtien Beach Soi 8 branch) about 130 m away, and Krua Rim Thale restaurant about 130 m away.

Three bedrooms

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one 5-foot bed. These two rooms share a bathroom, or can use the downstairs bathroom, while Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for a couple who wants their own bathroom.

A full kitchen, but bring your own seasonings

The kitchen is fully equipped but has no seasonings, so please bring your own or pick some up at the 7-Eleven near the house. There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 1 more in front.

The house includes 60 units of free electricity per night, with any excess charged at 7 baht per unit, so turn off lights and appliances when you leave the house.

Bringing a dog or a cat

The house accepts small and medium dogs. The fee is 300 baht/night per dog and 500 baht/night per cat. Guests should bring their pet's own bedding and take proper care of toilet needs.

The rules to remember: pets are strictly not allowed in the pool or on the beds.
