Close enough to walk to the beach every morning

The house is 150 m from the sea, so you can wake up, take a stroll along Jomtien Beach and come back to shower with no hassle. A 7-Eleven is about 90 meters away and there is an ATM about 260 meters away.

The house pool measures 4 × 8 meters and gradually deepens to 1.5 meters, perfect for an afternoon soak after coming back from the sea.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom

The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 each have one 6-foot bed and bedroom 3 has two 3.5-foot beds, every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom.

Extra guests are given a mattress, a pillow, a blanket and a towel, and up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

A kitchen ready for cooking

The kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a steamer, an ice bucket, a fridge and a gas stove, so you can buy groceries from the shops nearby and cook for yourselves.

You can order extra charcoal at 35 baht per bag (3 bags for 100 baht) and ice at 60 baht per bag (10-kilogram size). The dishwashing fee is assessed on the spot, starting at 1,000–2,500 baht, so if you wash up and tidy before leaving you won't need to worry about it.

Electricity, noise and pets

This house includes 50 units of electricity free, with any excess charged at 7 baht per unit, so when several rooms have the air conditioning on at once you should switch it off when not in use. Noise is allowed until 22.30.

The house does not accept pets. There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 2 more on the street in front of the house.
