A 4 × 8 meter pool in a house made for relaxing

The swimming pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.35 meters deep. The house is 2.9 km from the sea at Bang Saray. Noise outside is allowed until no later than 22:00, after which you should keep it down.

This house doesn't accept party groups, and bringing speakers into the house is not allowed because the house already provides one, so groups who want to play music can simply use the house speaker.

A kitchen with a gas stove and a grill

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill and a gas stove, plus a 60-liter ice bucket, but no seasonings, so bring your own.

The house gives you 1 free bag of charcoal (worth 20 baht) and 1 free bag of ice (worth 25 baht). If you need to buy more, Lotus's Go Fresh Chumphon Thahan Ruea is about 570 m away, and Davane Cafe is about 230 m away.

Bedrooms and included supplies

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed, one 3.5-foot bed and 1 mattress of 3 feet, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 uses the bathroom in the hall. The bed sizes in Bedrooms 2 and 3 aren't yet specified in the house information, so ask the team before booking.

Every room has air conditioning, including the hall, plus water heaters and a hair dryer. 3 children under 9 stay free. There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 2 more outside.

Conditions for dogs and cats

Small and medium dogs are accepted at 300 baht/night each, while cats are 500 baht/night each. Owners must bring their pet's own bedding and handle toilet needs themselves, and pets are strictly not allowed in the pool or on the beds.
