Things you don't need to bring

This house doesn't charge extra for electricity or water. There are 12 bottles of free drinking water, plus towels, shampoo and shower gel, along with water heaters and a hair dryer.

The freebies for dinner are 1 bag of charcoal (20 baht a bag) and 1 bag of ice (25 baht a bag). Every room has air conditioning, including the living room, and there's a 3 × 6 foot pool table for some friendly games.

A full kitchen, but bring your own seasonings

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill and a gas stove, plus a 60 liter ice bucket.

The house has no seasonings, so it's best to pick some up before arriving. About 420 meters away is the 7-Eleven Sukhumvit Bang Saray branch, and about 570 meters away is Lotus's go fresh Chumphon Thahan Ruea.

A 4 × 8 meter pool and four bedrooms

The pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.20–1.50 meters deep. The house is about 2.9 km from the sea in the Bang Saray Beach area, and Davane Cafe is nearby, about 230 meters away.

All four bedrooms have one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 shares a bathroom with the living room, and bedroom 4 uses the bathroom by the pool.

Pets, children and noise

The house accepts small and medium dogs at 300 baht per dog per night, and cats at 500 baht per cat per night. Please bring your pet's bed and clean up after your pets properly.

Up to 3 children under 9 stay free. Noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00 at the latest. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 more outside.
