A cool living room with a pool table at its heart

Every room has air conditioning, including the living room, so you can play on the 3.5 × 7 foot pool table all afternoon without getting hot. The house already provides speakers and asks that you don't bring speakers into the house.

Noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00 at the latest; after that, come back inside and keep playing pool in the living room.

Five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

Every bedroom has one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 shares a bathroom with the living room, and bedroom 4 uses the bathroom by the pool. For bedrooms 3 and 5, the house doesn't specify an assigned bathroom.

The house has 3 bathrooms in total, with water heaters and a hair dryer. A group of 15 should take turns showering. Up to 3 children under 9 stay free.

A 4 × 8 meter pool and a kitchen with a grill

The pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.25–1.50 meters deep. Beside the pool is the bathroom used by bedroom 4, so you can rinse off as soon as you get out of the water.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill and a gas stove, plus a 60 liter ice bucket, but no seasonings.

Small to medium dogs, and parking

Small and medium dogs are accepted with conditions: the pet fee is 300 baht per dog per night and 500 baht per cat per night, you must bring your pet's bed, clean up after your pets properly, and pets are strictly forbidden in the pool and on the beds.

Parking for 4 cars inside the property and 3 more outside. Davane Cafe is about 230 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Sukhumvit Bang Saray branch about 420 meters.
