Eight rooms for eight couples
All 8 bedrooms have the same single 6-foot bed, so groups traveling as couples all get rooms with the same size bed, and nobody feels they got a smaller room.
Bathrooms vary by room. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have en-suite bathrooms, and bedroom 5 uses an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 uses the bathroom in the living room, bedroom 6 uses the bathroom by the pool, and bedroom 7 uses the outdoor bathroom. It's best to give the rooms with en-suite bathrooms to older adults or families with young children.
A snooker table and air conditioning in every room
The house has a snooker table and a pool table measuring 3.5 × 7 feet. Every room has air conditioning, including the living room, which makes it the spot for the whole group to gather on hot afternoons.
The house already provides speakers, and bringing speakers into the house is not allowed. Noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00 at the latest.
A pool and kitchen for a big group
The pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.20–1.50 meters deep, with a bathroom beside it you can use straight out of the water. The house is about 2.9 km from the sea.
The kitchen has a gas stove, a grill, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, 5 wine glasses and a 100 liter ice bucket, but no seasonings. The 7-Eleven Sukhumvit Bang Saray branch is about 415 meters away, and Lotus's go fresh about 567 meters.
