Five bedrooms for groups of up to twelve

This house takes 10–12 guests but has five bedrooms, so each couple or family gets a room of their own. Bedrooms 1, 4 and 5 have 5-foot beds, and bedrooms 2 and 3 have 6-foot beds.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom for guests relaxing downstairs. Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 2, without extra bedding.

A karaoke room that doubles as a dining room

The house has 1 living room and 1 large separate karaoke room with a 12-seat dining table, so the whole group can have dinner and then keep singing in the same room.

Noise is allowed until 22:00 at the latest, so it's best to start the singing a little early. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a mortar and pestle and a 200-liter ice bucket.

A small pool and a kids' pool

The pool measures 4 × 7.5 meters and is 130 centimeters deep at its deepest point. There's also a kids' pool 70 centimeters deep and 3 kids' life jackets. The pool size is just right for a group of 10–12.

There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 3 more in front of the house. Around the house are Tai Kuang Yong restaurant about 140 meters away, a PTT gas station about 150 meters, D Pharmacy about 170 meters, Krungthai Bank and a 7-Eleven about 180 meters, and Pattaya Specialist Clinic about 220 meters.
