Big Alice is a thirteen-bedroom house on 1 rai of land for 40–50 guests. It has an upstairs party room with a pool table, a dartboard and karaoke, a poolside bar, and a 20 × 8 meter pool. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Buses need planning ahead, though, as they can't enter the project.

An upstairs party room and a poolside bar

Big Alice spreads its fun over two floors. Downstairs there's 1 living room where you can sing karaoke; upstairs there's 1 party room with a pool table, a dartboard and YouTube karaoke. Outside is a poolside bar, and the bar counter has its own refrigerator as well.

After 22:00 there's no noise outside, but you can carry on indoors all night: playing music, singing and chatting as usual, just not too loudly. That makes the upstairs party room the late-night gathering spot.

A 20 × 8 meter pool on 1 rai of land

The house sits on 1 rai of land, with a 20 × 8 meter pool 120 cm deep and 3–4 children's life jackets. The house is 3.6 km from the sea, so this trip is mostly about the pool and the poolside bar.

The house provides 2 bags of charcoal and 4 bags of ice (10 kilograms per bag) free on the first day of your stay only; after that you can order more, ice at 40 baht a bag and charcoal at 25 baht a bag. The kitchen has plates, spoons, pots, pans, a microwave, a 2.4-liter rice cooker and 2 ice buckets of 50 liters each.

Thirteen rooms, each with a bathroom and TV

Bedrooms 1–3 and Bedrooms 11–13 have one 6-foot bed, while Bedrooms 4–10 have two 6-foot beds. All 13 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and water heaters, and every bedroom has a TV.

For guests beyond this, 10 extra beds are provided, sleeping 50 guests in total. Children up to 7 years old who sleep with their parents are not counted toward the guest total, but no extra mattress, pillow, blanket or towel is provided for them.

Arriving by bus takes planning

Buses and minibuses are not allowed into the project under any circumstances. Buses can drop off at the mouth of the soi, about 500 meters from the house. If you're traveling by a large bus, please let the hosts know before your stay; they can arrange a songthaew shuttle, charged per group, picking you up on check-in day and taking you out on check-out day.

There's parking for 10 cars inside the property and 10 outside. Near the house are a 7-Eleven (Bangkok Hospital Pattaya branch) about 93 meters away, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya about 140 meters away, and Sis to Sit Cafe Pattaya about 210 meters away.
