Football nights and a living room for big groups

The house has a 65-inch TV and True Vision for watching Premier League football, so the football fans in your group can watch whole matches together. Internet at 1 Gbps keeps things smooth for anyone who needs to work or stream.

The karaoke comes with a full, large JBL sound system, and there is a standard-size pool table, but the owners ask guests to avoid loud noise, especially after 22:00.

Six bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms in every room

The 2nd floor has rooms 1 to 5: room 1 has 2 bunk beds (3 ft) and sleeps 4 guests; room 2 has 1 bed (5 ft) and 1 bed (3 ft) and sleeps 3 guests; rooms 3 and 5 each have 1 bed (5 ft) and sleep 2 guests; and room 4 has 4 beds (5 ft) and sleeps 8 guests.

Room 6 is on the ground floor with 3 beds (5 ft) and sleeps 6 guests, ideal for elderly guests who'd rather not take the stairs. Every room has an en-suite bathroom with a Rain Shower and mixed hot/cold water, and extra mattresses are provided, allowing up to 35 guests.

Children under 7 stay free, up to 2 children. Towels and bath amenities are provided by the house.

Pool, BBQ grill and ice

The swimming pool measures 4 × 9 meters, with a kids' pool just 50 centimeters deep and fancy pool floats. For dinner, there is a gas BBQ grill.

A 100 liter ice bucket comes with 1 free sack of ice, and more ice can be ordered between 09:00–19:00 at 100 baht per sack. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave and a steamer.

Surroundings, parking and house rules

The house is 1.5 km from Cicada Market and 2 km from the Hua Hin Night Market. Nearby are CJ Express, about 240 meters away, Chan Kao restaurant, about 250 meters away, Rakya Pharmacy, about 260 meters away, and Tops daily, about 620 meters away.

There is parking for 2 cars on the property and 4–5 cars outside. Large groups coming in several cars should arrange to use fewer vehicles.

No pets of any kind are allowed in the house, smoking inside the house is prohibited, and staying beyond the stated number of guests is not allowed. Late check-out is charged at 1,000 baht per hour.
