A 1.5-meter-deep pool with a 5-meter slide
The pool is 4 × 7 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with a 5-meter slide for sliding into the water. The house provides 2 adult life jackets and 2 children's life jackets, so weaker swimmers can enjoy the deep pool with more peace of mind.
This house has no TVs in the bedrooms, so the main activities are the pool and meals together. The house sells charcoal for 40 baht and ice for 80 baht (10 kilograms), and a 7-Eleven is about 230 meters away.
Three bedrooms and a kitchen for real cooking
Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. The house details don't yet specify the bed type in bedroom 3, so if you're coming with the full 15 guests, ask the team about room arrangements before booking.
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and an ice bucket, enough for cooking a big meal, but you'll need to bring your own seasonings.
Pets and the security deposit
Small pets are 300 baht per pet per night, while cats are 500 baht per cat per night and must wear diapers.
The house collects a 3,000 baht security deposit, which is returned at check-out provided nothing in the house or the house itself is damaged. If more guests than declared are found, there's a fine of 1,000 baht per person per night, deducted from the deposit.
