Easy-to-split beds for several families

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are set up the same way, each with two 5-foot beds, and the house has 1 more shared bathroom.

The living room has a reclining L-shaped sofa you can sleep on, which helps accommodate guests beyond the number of beds. Extra guests are 300 baht per person, up to a maximum of 15 guests, and up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

A 3 × 7 meter pool and a gas-stove kitchen

The pool is 3 × 7 meters and 1.2–1.5 meters deep, perfect for a cooling soak in the afternoon. Small dogs are welcome at 300 baht per dog per night.

The kitchen has a gas stove, a fridge, a microwave, a mortar and pestle, pots, pans and an ice bucket. The house sells ice at 70 baht per bag (10 kilograms per bag) and charcoal at 50 baht per bag; bring your own seasonings. The bathrooms provide shower gel and shampoo.

House rules to know before booking

This house has no breakfast, smoking is not allowed inside, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. So you'll need to sort out breakfast yourself or walk to the 7-Eleven, about 230 meters away.

The 3,000 baht security deposit is refunded in full on check-out day if there's no damage. If you cancel your booking, the house won't refund the deposit under any circumstances.
