Eight bedrooms on three floors
The bedrooms are divided into 2 downstairs, 4 on Floor 2 and 2 on Floor 3. Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, Bedrooms 2 to 4 each have two 5-foot beds, and Bedrooms 5 to 7 each have two 3.5-foot beds.
Bedroom 8 holds a lot of people, with two 3.5-foot beds and two 5-foot beds, ideal for families who want to sleep together in one room. Every room has a water heater and air conditioning.
When the group is over 20
This house sleeps 20, not counting children under 10. If there are more of you, 2 extra rooms can be opened at 1,000 baht per room per night, sleeping 2 guests each. Rooms 9–10 are twin rooms with two 3-foot beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, on Floor 1.
The extra guest fee must be paid together with the deposit, so settle your headcount clearly when booking.
Two big screens and a party speaker
The house has 2 Smart TVs, 65 inches and 55 inches, with Netflix and VIU, so the group can split up and watch different shows. The Party Box speaker and microphones are for singing in the early evening, with outdoor noise allowed until 22:00.
The pool table converts into an air hockey table, and the house has Wi-Fi. A playroom with toys and storybooks gives little ones their own corner, and supplies include shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, towels and 24 bottles of 550 ml drinking water.
A pool that connects to the house next door
House A's pool is 4 meters wide and 15 meters long, 1.30 meters deep for adults and 0.60 meters for kids. A stainless steel fence separates the backyard and pool from House B; when both houses are rented, the hosts remove the fence and the pool becomes one 30-meter stretch. The water slide runs 8:00–11:00 and 17:00–21:00.
Around the house are Krua Lung Sawai 2 about 276 meters away, the 7-Eleven Seven Sea Na Jomtien branch about 481 meters away, Tops Daily about 580 meters away, and a PT gas station about 776 meters away. The hosts say the sea is about 500 meters from the house, but it's not a spot where you can swim.

Good to know before you stay
- The house sleeps 20 (House A), not counting children under 10.
- For more than 20 guests, 2 extra rooms can be opened at 1,000 baht per room per night, each sleeping 2 guests (10 rooms in total).
- House security deposit of 10,000 baht (refunded after check-out). If renting 2 houses, the deposit is 20,000 baht. Foreign guests pay a deposit of 20,000 baht per house. Any damage to the house or property, inside the house or on the grounds, will be charged at the actual cost of the damage (items and repair labor).
- No smoking anywhere on the property; violators are fined 10,000 baht. If guests still insist on smoking after a warning, the house has the right to cancel the rental immediately without refunding the rent paid.
- No pets of any kind are allowed at the property, under any circumstances.
- No loud noise after 22:00.
- No gambling, no drug use and no carrying weapons.
- The house is not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' belongings for any reason. Please look after and keep your belongings safe yourself.
- Kitchen equipment is provided free. Please wash everything after use; if that's inconvenient, a 1,500 baht service fee applies.
- Please don't wear shoes of any kind inside the house that could damage the floors.
- In the event of a fight, a legal case, or a complaint to the police about inappropriate behavior, guests must check out immediately.
- Please rinse off thoroughly before getting in the pool. Drinking glasses and glass bottles are not allowed in the pool; if glass breaks in the pool, guests are responsible for the pool cleaning cost.
- Children may not swim alone without a parent or guardian watching.
- If you don't stay on the booked dates, the house reserves the right not to refund the rental under any circumstances.
- Houses A and B each have parking for 6 cars only. Parking in front of other houses costs 500 baht per car, and license plates must be provided 1 day before your stay.
- The sea (not swimmable) is about 500 meters from the house.
