Separate floors: adults downstairs, young people upstairs

Downstairs, bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for older guests who'd rather not climb stairs. Upstairs, bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom.

There is also 1 shared bathroom, with water heaters in the bathrooms, towels and a hair dryer.

A shabu dinner at the house

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, a water boiler, a gas stove and a shabu pot, along with plates, bowls, cutlery and drinking glasses.

The house gives you 1 free bag of ice and 1 bag of charcoal, and if that's not enough you can order more, with 3 bags of charcoal for 100 baht and ice at 60 baht (10 kg).

Convenience stores less than 100 meters away

The sea is 100 m away, an ATM is about 70 meters away, FamilyMart about 70 meters and The Pizza Company Jomtien about 80 meters, so if you forget anything you can walk out and buy it right away.

The pool measures 4 × 8 meters and gradually deepens from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, with life jackets for children. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free.
