No need to think about utility bills

Electricity is free (unlimited units) and water is free (no limit), so there's no calculating the power bill at checkout. Amenities include an ice bucket, a hair dryer, towels and free Wi-Fi.

The house says the kitchen is fully equipped, and ice and charcoal can be ordered: ice at 60 baht per bag and charcoal at 40 baht per bag. The first order has no service charge, later orders have a 100 baht service charge, and orders are taken until no later than 23:00.

A sloped pool and a poolside bedroom

The private swimming pool is 4 × 6 meters with a depth sloping from 100–150 cm. Weaker swimmers can stay at the shallow end, while those who want to swim can use the deep end.

Loud noise outside is allowed until no later than 22:00, after which the group should move indoors.

Main beds for 8, plus a sofa that converts into a bed

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds and a bunk bed (en-suite bathroom), Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed (en-suite bathroom), and Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed (next to the pool), plus there's 1 more shared bathroom.

The main beds sleep 8 guests. For extra guests, there's a sofa that converts into a bed, with pillows and blankets. Groups of 10–12 should agree beforehand on who takes the sofa.

Pets, parking and shops within walking distance

Small pets are accepted at 300 baht/night each, large ones at 500 baht/night each. There's parking for 1 sedan inside the property and 2 cars in front.
