A long, deep pool for confident swimmers

The pool is 5.85 × 2.75 meters (length × width) and 160 centimeters deep, deep enough for adults to swim freely, but children who aren't strong swimmers need constant adult supervision. Up to 2 children under 9 stay free.

Noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00. The house provides free charcoal, but please bring your own ice.

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot extra bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and 1 extra mattress, with an en-suite bathroom.

The beds accommodate 6 guests, and there's no extra bedding for the other 2; guests beyond that number get no extra bedding. If you're coming as a group of 8, ask the team about sleeping arrangements before booking.

Air-conditioned throughout, no water or electricity charges

The house is air-conditioned throughout, with water heaters, a bathtub and a washing machine. Amenities provided are shampoo, soap, towels and a hair dryer. Water and electricity are free, so you can run the air conditioning without worrying about the meter.

The kitchen has a toaster, a microwave, a rice cooker, an electric kettle and a 20-liter ice bucket, but no electric grill pan, so bring your own if you need one.
